I was hesitant at first because I've never sold a car, let alone one that still had balance but Eddie handled everything: from having his brother Jessie meet me in the bank, where I was assured of a certified check that they would send over the payment to the bank overnight, to giving me a copy of the Fedex shipping document and his driver license. Everything was pretty straightforward, they paid off my balance and I received the difference (my asking price minus balance) in cash. They had the Payoff Authorization Forms ready and all I had to do was sign it. Just checked my Toyota Financial account, balance is paid off! I am very difficult person deal with. With that said. Edward was great. Very professional.  We negate a price. With no pressure. He walk me threw process of the paperwork. I felt he was clear on paperwork teaching. Edward dose not blah blah, I was able to keep the phone calls to the length I wanted to. He did not make me crazy with commutation. I was dealing with while at work and with clients.

He picked up the car exactly on time. The worker Chris was professional. He was clean with a uniform and respected the car like it was his own.  The deal at my house took 10 mins and was exactly how we agreed.
